Hi friends! Last week’s prompt was –Grey Matter. If you haven’t had a chance to read the wonderful 20-word stories of previous week, go read them now!

This week’s prompt is Feelings. I expect you guys to have fun with it. Below is my take on the prompt in 20-words, I hope you’ll like it. Now, hop on the wagon and try writing some stories.

Feelings

She wanted him because she couldn’t have him and for him she was his heart’s only desire before everything perished.

    S/He could’ve held them,
    but s/he only wanted
    what s/he “couldn’t” touch,
    so s/he kept them far,
    on love’s pedestal.
